PCT for Primo & Var (1st Cycle)

Hi Guys, im new to the forum

Just want to know what PCT you would suggest for the following first cycle.

Week / Anavar (mg/day) / Primobolan Depot (mg/week)
1 / 20 / 200
2 / 30 / 200
3 / 40 / 200
4 / 40 / 200
5 / 40 / 200
6 / 40 / 200
7 / 40 / 200
8 /
9 /
10/

Need some input with the PCT Nolvadex , HCG etc ....

AIM: Solid gains which i can keep and hopefully lose some BF too, chose these two as they are safest with least sides and hopefully wont mess with my hairline which i am prone too.

i wouldnt worry about running the nolva during cycle unless gyno becomes an issuse which i doubt it will. stick with nolva after ur cycle. some might say hcg too. im about to run a primo cycle myself. typicall nolva pct looks likr this

week1 - 40mg ed
week2 - 40mg ed
week3 - 20mg ed
week4- 20mg ed

or

wk1- 40 ed
wk2- 30 ed
wk3- 20 ed

depends on how shut down you are
