Question pct, hrt, and pituitary gland

I have a permanent disability with my pituitary gland, basically it doesnt function at all and i take cortisol, levothyroxine, hgh, and androgel to replace what it should make. I intend to start my first cycle in a few months once i get enough knowledge. Question is, do i need PCT considering my cortisol is controlled and pituitary doesnt work? being it wont be producing the hormones that a normal individuals would.

    appreciate any advice
