Aromasin in Pheendos PCT

I start my PCT next week and am going to run pheendos PCT

Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolve 20/20/20/20
Ldex .25daily

However i was wondering if i could substitute ldex with aromasin and whether it would be better for recovery

My cycle was
Sus 125mg EOD 1-10
Prop 150mg EOD 10-13

It would be better.

Aromasin is a Type I AI - it basically renders the aromatase enzyme useless.
Where as Arimidex is a type II, which just disables it.

Type II AI's can also have there effectiveness lowered by the Nolva (read Anthony Roberts PCT and his reasons of Aromasin in his PCT.)

That makes sense. So should i take all of them at once or should i spread it out throuhout the day
