First Cycle PCT

I'm 36 years old and going to try a 10 week test e cycle of 400-500mg/week as my first cycle. I'm hoping for some help with what anti-estrogens should I take when doing the cycle and also what a good pct would be. I'm 6'0" 180lbs. Thanks for the help,

i only keep nolva on hand during cycle incase i see signs of gyno of lotta acne or any other estrogen related signs. also Nolva can be used as part of ur PCT or all but its a lil more risky. maybe add some HCG or clomid as well.
