What PCT to use?

My cycle will look like this

week 1-4 anadrol 50mg./E.D.(split in two)
week 1-10 deca 400mg./week(1ml. every 3.5 days)
week 1-12 test cyp. 500mg./week(1.5ml. every 3.5 days)
week 1-12 letro .25mg./E.D.

I was going to use Anthony Roberts PCT but was wondering if I should use Pheedno's instead? Also should I stop the letro at 12 weeks or use it another 18 days just before I start my PCT?
