Im looking to inhibit aromotase. To block estrogen.

Agreed its hard to say take this or that without know what ur running etc.
Also, as I said in another post “I feel Letro is last resort AI".
For me I run my other AI's (dependant on whats in my cycle) then If my symptoms don’t subside, then I add Letro starting at 1.25mgs ED.
If they do in fact diminish I will continue with the same dose E3D.
I have yet to run a full 2.5..(not that won’t happen but not yet).

I take a quarter of a pill e3rd day been on it for 3months works great, no gyno, prolactin is low yet no sexual side effects.

works out to about 21mg per day average which should be plenty of letro unless you are having gyno flare up
