    Nolvadex ??

    Hello guys, just wanted to know when taking 40mg a day of nolvadex with 20mg tablets, is it best to take the 2 tablets at the same time or like take 1 in the morning and one later on. Thanks

    I used to take my whole dose before bed. But the half life is aorund 10-15 hours, so it doesnt really matter IMHO.

    doesnt really matter half life is about 10 hrs so one in morning and one at night would keep you covered for 20 hours or so of the day
