take the longest ester in sustanon as base, which is testosterone decanoate, with a half life of 15 days.... I'd go with starting PCT 3 weeks after your last shot... you might also want to get test prop solo for the first 2 of those 3 weeks to help from loosing the gains before PCT... that, or start your HCG in the last 2 of these 3 weeks to ramp up natty test production to stave off catabolism

ya see, this is why sustanon is such a tricky compound to use, especially if you haven't done your homework before starting the cycle, tsk tsk

im doing exact thing minus deca , i have a bottle of prop i will us for the two weeks before pct like stated and see how that works, but let me know how your pct goes because thats what mine consest off

Use the Test Prop or an oral for the 15-20 days before PCT starts.

I'd ramp the AI to the dose of your PCT the day after your final Sust jab.

It questionable (Anhtony stated it many times) that you can start PCT the day after any androgen, no matter what the ester (if your shutdown) as you can use SERM's/AI's to cause estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus to decline aiding in PCT.
