How much Clomid and Nolva do I take and how long?

Aromasin 25mg/day -through entire PCT

I would add some vitamin e @ 500IU/day, throughout PCT, but this is optional.

if you cant get ahold of aromasin (which many can't) then use arimidex at 1 mg ed, b/c nolva lessen's its abilty.

well you could buttt its better to take a SERM/AI then a SERM/SERM
