Cycle will be test E 250mg twice/week for 10 wks (may go to a 12 week cycle depending on how everything is going at that time).

1-10 test e 2x wk, 250mg each shot
1-12 letro .25mg ed/eod = 21 mg
13-16 nolva (Tamoxifen citrate) 20-40mg ed = 700 mg
13-16 arimidex .25mg ed = 7 mg

I can get aromasin from somewhere else if that will work better. I've seen people swear by both aromasin and arimidex so just wanting to know if it is worth the it to get the aromasin?

I was also planning on getting some finasteride as well.

PCT is OK however I think the Letro through the cycle is overkill. Just run Adex though the cycle but at 0.25mg EOD

Thanks, I have a clean diet and plan to keep sodium to a minimum during the cycle, but want to keep the excess water weight to a minimum, and make good lean/clean maintainable gains.

Will the adex do the job as well as the letro? Would letro at an even lower dose be better?

Use the Arimidex during.

Then PCT with SERM's.
