PCT critique

week 1-5 50mg Dbol ED
week 1-11 400mg Deca EW
week 1-12 500 mg Test E EW

I have HCG on hand and im pretty sure I can get nolva and arimidex fairly easy so im thinking

week 11-14 250-500iu Hcg EW (please help with this dosage)
week 14-20 20mg Nolva ED
week 14-20 .25mg Arimidex ED

Let me know what you think of this and thanks for the help!

Adex and Nolva reduce each others effectiveness...

If you want to run a AI on cycle, then use Adex, but never in PCT.


A PCT for that cycle should include Nolva, Aromasin , and HCG .

Nolva - 20/20/20/20 weeks 14-20
Aromasin - 25/25/25/25 weeks 14-20
HCG - 500IU's 2xW weeks 11-14

i totaly disagree with this aromasin would be a better choice but not everyone can get it then there's the price.

your pct looks fine to me if you have all that on hand go for it

i'am not sure why your telling people that adex or letro would be a no no for pct is there is no problem using it adex reduces the affectivness of nolva but not by a huge amount for it to be a definite no of usage

yes it would if it would be easyer to use proviron instead of arimadex use it mate

Its a fair whack at 30-40%, I believe Stocky.

I do agree though, if you have Arimidex , use it. But it would be optimal to use Aromasin.

I'd go with Clomid/Torm with some Aromasin IMHO.

HCG used at 125-250ius 2-3 times weekly throughout.

35% is not a massive amount to say that it's completey worthless to use though.

iv'e used a normal clomid nolva pct and i have used a clomid nolva and adex pct and recovered quicker from a harsher cycle and i got blood's done like i always do.

like i said earlyer of course aromasin is a better choice to make if you can but thats not always the case
