Not recovering after PCT

I sure hope some of the PCT experts might be able to help me out...

I'm coming off a quite long (5 1/2 mo) cycle of 125mg of Sus250 and 200mg of EQ a week. That's no typo, very low dosage I know. This cycle is fairly common amongst endurance athletes.

My PCT consisted of 4 weeks of 50mg of Clomid and 10mg of Nolvadex .

Normally in cycles past I would use HCG post cycle as PCT but this time I decided to add in 250iu eod of HCG about 1/2 way through my AAS cycle.

Anyway, for some reason this cycle I'm not recovering. I'm pretty sure my T and or E levels are pretty low because of the way I feel and an erection is about impossible and I have no libido whatsoever.

Should I go ahead and take HCG at this point even though I used it during my AAS cycle? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You should get bloodwork done ASAP!

And i do 4 week PCT for a 12 week cycle. You were on for 6months!

I would have added an AI and HCG as well if i was on for that long...

Like i said bro, bloodwork, and if your levels are screwed, talk to your doctor.

So do you think I may have screwed myself up for good? Yeah I wasn't planning on being on for that long. I was training for an Ironman Triathlon (it's a long story).

Run an additional pct now, clomid/nolva/aromasin and some hcg .

My concern about going to the Doc is I'm sure my levels are screwed up and then he'll probably put me on HRT. I'm just wondering if I can fix this myself. Like you suggested, maybe I just need to add in some HCG or maybe some Arimidex ? I don't know...

Reguardless however, you need to get bloodwork done.

More thank likely youll be fine, but its best to go ahead and do the bloodwork.

Just be straight up with your doctor, all hes gonna do is frown and bitch, but in the end he'll help...

I've attached a jpg of my PCT I'll start today. Can you guys have a quick look at it. Anyone have any major problems with this PCT given my situation. Unfortunately I dont have any arimidex or aromasin on hand.

Not enough Nolva and too much Clomid...

Can you get Aromasin ?

And how muc hCG are you using a week?

I would do a PCT like this...

Nolva - 20/20/20/20
Clomid - 50/50/25/25
hCG - 500IU's 2xW for 4 weeks.

Yes I can get Aromasin.
I haven't used any HCG in about a month. I only used it while I was on cycle.
