OK GUYS I STARTED MY FIRST CYCLE I BEEN TRAINING AS A NATURAL FOR 4 YRS AND BEEN COMPETING FOR 2 YRS AND WON TITLES AS WELL..SO I DONE THE HARD YARDS GUYS.

NOW MY CYCLE HAS STARTED::::: ONLY FIRST WEEK

SUNDAY: 200mg DECA :200mg CYP 1mL each

Thursday: 200mg of Prop 1mL

IM DOING THIS FOR 8-10 WEEKS AFTER MY LAST SHOT OF MY CYCLE IM GOING OVERSEAS :::: when do you guys recommend pct and what:
IM PLANNIN ON USING ;CLOMID AND NOVA: HOW MUCH SHOULD I USE AND FOR HOW LONG BE SPECIFIC PLZZZ VERY IMPORANT THANK YOU GUYSS

btw, are saying you only inject the Cyp and Deca 1 time a week? As well as thre Prop? If so, you havent the slightest clue how to run a cycle.

Yaa once a week 200mg each

this is my frist cycle ,, and i wanted the lowest dose,,400mg i got told is good for test

Injecting Test C 1x a week is one thing. But Test Prop needs to be injected EOD at a MINIMUM!

And im not trying to talk outta turn here, but some pros, like your mate, dont know how to run a cycle properly.

Post your thread in Q&A, and if ONE person says thats a good cycle. Then dont take my advice.

Ill bet you you cannot find a single one. So go ahead and post it up there.

I suppose i wasnt clear.

Test Cyp needs to be pinned 2xW. And Prop needs to be pinned every other day at a minimum. Everyday being optimal.

As for PCT, you need to read the stickies in this forum. They will explain it to you. If you have more questions, then feel free to ask.

soo thatt meann 400mg of cypp a week plus 200mg of prop evryday remmberr i nevaa had a cycle b4 soo u talkin aboundd 1500mg of test a week??

but for PCT wat u reckon of nolvadex and clomid or wat u recommned if u can tell me here

No bro.

You would obviously need to calculate how much youre going to take when your pinning everyday.

Something like 150mgs of Cyp 2xW. And 50mgs of Prop Everyday.

But again, that isnt even that great. If i were you, id run 500mgs a week of ONE ester of Test.

Forget using 2 different esters, that just complicates things.

And yes, Clomid and Nolva are required for PCT.
