Im about to run a 12 week cycle, consisting of Test E: 500mg a week and dbol for the first 4/5 weeks of 30mg a day..

i have aromsin, arimidex , clomid and nolvadex .

Would like some advice on my pct and during my cycle..

i read your other post.. i understand where you are coming from but i think you and the other VETs need to understand where newbs like myself and many others are coming from. Its all very well reading two peoples thread on a topic like PCT and the information they provide but majority of the suggested PCT cycles aren't specific to what people are putting in there bodies. Im sure you were pretty unsure and wanted everything to be right for your first ever cycle.. people have to start somewhere and myself, and im sure others included, are just trying to gather as much information and as many oppinions as possible so they can be as safe as they can be.

There are so many differing oppinions on the internet and on other sources of info on this topic, how is a beginner suppose to know what is correct and whats bullsh!t? Even on this forum alot of people provide info that is completely different to other forums and to other websites. One person says one thing, the next person says another. One site says this, the other site says that. One forum says you should do this, this one says you shouldnt!

No disrespect intended, just want you to know, someone who knows alot on this topic, obviously from experience. Know how hard it is for someone to get started with alot of differing opinions and info and no prior experience.

My above statements are the reasons why im very unsure on dosage and what particular substances to use for my pct..
I know the basics, i know that arimidex shouldnt be used with nolva, but unsure at what dosage to run aromasin durin pct, for how long during it and if i still need clomid if im going to be using aromasin and nolva.

Hopefully you can understand where im coming from.

he suggested that you do a little research, then propose a pct for opinions, I saw nothing in your lengthy reply that would invalidate the advice you were given. we know you are new. that's why we suggest that you research and propose what you think is best for us to critique.

I was just asking for a definite one..

clomid - 100/100/50/50
nolva - 20/20/20/20
aromasin - 25mg/25mg/25mg/25mg?

arimiplex during cycle - .25mg for the first 4 weeks.

Is that too extreme? What do ya think?
