    nolva + clomid... with or without meals?

    how does people take them? do they get absorbed better when taken on empty stomach or with meals?

    any drug interferes with them?

    I take my PCT meds right before bed.

    Usually wash it down with some cottage cheese or something.

    I've heard nolva can make you drowsy, and clomid has some crappy sides, and the most HPTA activity will be happening at night while you sleep, so all in all right before bed is the best idea.
