question on pct and clomid.

I have clomid and nolva on hand for my pct. I was planning on running

clomid-100/50/50/50

and nolva-40/40/20/20

for 30 days. However I heard from a friend who has been cycleing for 10 years that you should not run clomid for more than 21 days! So I am a little confused on what to do. He said run the clomid
day1-125mg
day2-100mg
day3-75mg
day4-21-50mg

does this sound retarted? He said running to much or too long could hurt.

lol... well your buddy is.. kinda right. Basically, he is using the out-dated way of thinking. (when clomid / hcg were the only compound used for PCT)

Clomid should be run either 100/50/50/50... or 75/50/50/25 (depending on the sides). But yah.. I wouldn't go over 100mg, no point.

In any case you shouldn't remain on nolvadex / clomid for more then 6 weeks IMO. (when in PCT)

one other question-, do you take all 100mgs at once in one dose or split it up through out the day?

Agreed.

I wouldnt go over 75-100mg/ED Clomid. Studies confirm its very effective in small (25-50mg/ED) doses and side are less apparent.
