Confused about HCG and how to use..help !!

i was told on this forum in the other sections that i should take 500 i.u's weekly while on my testoviron cycle, i asked about HCG (or pregnyl) they told me that i have to mix it with water and all of this to get 500 i.u's out of 5000i.u's i cant do that i'm totaly new for this... besides i called a pharmacy asked the doctor he said its better to take hcg as a pct after finishing my cycle..but as i said here i was told i take it on cycle...
i'm confused here i'm really worried about shutting down my test production for life... thats my only concern. any help would be appreciated !! thanks

thanks for those threads but as i said i don't know how to use 200 i.u's 2-3 times weekly, all i got is a 5000 i.u's HCG ... I WANT TO USE IT ON CYCLE AND EVERYWEEK BECAUSE I KNOW ITS IMPORTANT AND HELPFUL but i don't know how to get 200 i.u's out of 5000 its really confusing even though some people told me how but i still dnt want to take the risk and do it wrong... 10ml amps i don't know from where to get them, sterile water was is that where can i buy it... thats my prob
