im getting to the end of my PCT. i did nolva 40/40/20/20. my balls seem to be back to normal and im feeling like my natural test is back. my question is what should i be doing after this if anything because i know there is a possibility of a estrogen rebound. i have arimidex on hand. i was using towards the end of my cycle for water bloat. by the way my cycle was 25 weeks of Test E 250 mgs/week. i know this was a low dose but my diet was on point and i had ridiculous results. Thanks for any input you can offer.

you were on cycle for 25 weeks and only used 4 weeks of nolva as a post cycle? im willing to bet your not close to recovered. how long after your last injection did you start post cycle? and you dont have to worry about estrogen rebound with nolva

i was told to only use it for 4 weeks but i have enough to last me 4 more. i started it 14 days after my last shot. how long should i use it after a long cycle? Thanks.

How old are you bro? Cycle exp.??

you need alot more than nolva only for a 24 week cycle ,hcg should of been used on cycle,clomid added to pct.

That's a long cycle at a ineffective dose.
IMO.

What happened to the clomid?


Start HCG about wk 4 to six wks.(aprox)
