Anavar + Clen = PCT?? help please
some background info on myself:
age: 26
weight: 204
height: 6 ft
bodyfat: GUESSING about 10-17%
I've never done a cycle. this will be my first. i been working out natural for about 9 years. been interested in experimenting for couple years, now that I'm old enough, i decided to take the next step. My reason for doing a cycle is mainly for appearance, if i gain strength that's nice too, but i definitely do not want to gain weight, or mass. which is one of the reasons i chose anavar . another is, I don't need big change, just would like to lose a good amount of fat mainly around the waist, and get a nice shredded and cut look all over. I'm still researching and trying to learn everything before i really get into it, which is what I'm doing here. So i have a few questions if you experts out there could help out, and if my questions are "dumb" sounding, like i said i'm just starting to learn....first question 1) anvar + clen , what you guys think? good stack? given my goals, anything else i should know or consider? i might not do the clen, might do the anavar by itself 2) from what i've learned so far, anavar doesn't need pct, true? if false, what kinds of pct? 3) should i be under doctor supervision? if so, how often should i see a dr? (before, during, and after a cycle)?

Welcome mAte ... If possible be always under doctors supervision is the best way .. Get tested and u will learn a whole lot about how ur body reacts to substances ...Anavar will help out with appearance a little bit but if ur diet is great u will have great succes with just about anything u put in ur body ...( okay maybe not but diet is a determining factor when it comes to gains)

some more info about myself...
i already do cardio about 4 days a week, atleast
do abs almost everyday
thats on top of my weight training
my diet isn't strict, but it's OK, could definitely be much better. i dropped about 20 pounds lean since february (naturally, just eating right, doing cardio and my workouts), all my strength stayed the same, except for my legs got stronger, so i packed some solid meat on legs and shedded of a good amount of fat. at the start i weighed about 224-227, now i fluctuate between 203-206. I was never fat, just more thick and massive. used to have the power lifter mentality, now i'm switching to body builder, so i got the size and muscle, lost most of the fat, now its just more about tightening and toning up. I want atleast to drop another 10-15 pounds, but gain some size and strength on my legs, shred and tighten up my waist, abs, and trunk, and have the shredded toned look all over.
