3 week Sustanon 250 PCT?

hey guys
unfornutely to side effects ive had to stop my first cycle of Sus 250
one injection a week

now i dont know what PCT i should do to get everything back to normal, everywhere i read is giving me different answers
my last injection was on monday (26th Oct)

adivce would be great

Get some nolva and run 3 weeks @ 20mg ed. Not sure you even need a pct but just to be safe take some nolva or clomid.

got bad cold sores in unwanted areas that wont go away and lost fair bit of libido.
thanks for that omna82 it wasnt a severe cycle but dont want to risk bitch tits or low test. im still unfamiliar with it all
