    D-Bol caused mild estrogen...now nolva

    ive just finished a d-bol cycle and have just been noticing puffy nipples and mild tenderness under the nipple.getting really anoyed..nipple gets irritated pretty quick from a mild movement....

    now picked up 10mg nolva tamoxifan

    so how should i start taking this ??

    ive been told to take
    20mg every other night before bed?

    but i dont feel it doin anything

    Wednesday Nov 4..took 2 before bed..20mg

    Friday Nov 6.. took 2 before bed..20mg

    Sunday Nov 8..took 2 before bed..20mg
