    Training during PCT really sucks!!!

Well, I'm on my 5th day of PCT and I can honestly say it's difficult to workout. Normally I hit the gym with a vengence and today I felt like I could care less if I was there or not. HAHA It was difficult not having the stamina to push thru a workout. I kept it short and sweet and was in and out in 50 minutes which was a big change. I kept the weights lighter but went with higher reps. I'm also trying to heal Tendonitis in my elbow so this is prob. a good time to be doing so. Anyways, hopefully it will get easier as the weeks go by.

    Just thought i would share....

I find a certain herbal supplement helps me stay motivated through pct lol. I`m out of PCT and actually feeling really good right now its just a rough couple of weeks coming off. Stick with it and you will be glad you did.

Man, do I know what you feel like. I went through the same thing for almost two months. Couldn't lift nothing, didn't want to lift nothing. Felt like I didn't belong in the gym. Don't push it too hard and get hurt. It WILL come back.
    Keep the faith, brother!

I'm keeping the faith. Even though I feel like shit and I have no motivation to workout I will push thru this. The good news is I look MUCH better now than even when I was on cycle. All the water I've been holding is going away so I'm getting leaner now than when on cycle. I'm excited about the gains I've made and since I have an injury it's the perfect time to get it to heal 100% before hitting it 110% at the gym again.

This is a great time for you to go out and buy a good pre work out supplement (NO Shotgun, Redline, No Explode) or a shit load of caffeine pills, lol.

Well, I just got back from the gym and it was another difficult workout for sure. I was in and out in less than 50 minutes which is crazy for me esp. on back day. I pushed through it but after my first set of my first exercise I was already ready to leave. Again, I did lower weight for higher reps to keep my tendonitis from getting any worse. I didn't feel any pain so that's a good thing and if I do I will stop what I'm doing right away. I have been taking NO Shotgun but right now it's not helping. It seems funny because when I go to the gym I'm on a mission and I was on my way there but when I get there now it's a different story. My strength is at the lowest it's been all year also. I'm guessing this is due to the lack of Testosterone in my body at the moment.

How long do you typically go before you get your motivation and strength back?

First of all, take it easy on yourself. What you're going through is normal. It's been 4 months for me and I'm just getting back in the swing of it. Also, I'm 50 years old and have come off a very long (1yr) cycle. So I am probably a "worst case scenario". You should do much better! Tendons and joints will hurt more when you are "off", so pay attention to what your body is telling you. If it doesn't feel good to lift "heavy", DON'T! Do the best you can and know that this is only temporary.

Well, I took the past 2 days off from the gym because of work and some issues with my son. I got back in today and did a leg workout. It was nothing like my workouts at the beginning of the week which was awesome. My strength and endurance is already coming back so i'm excited about that. My heavy lifts were more difficult for sure but I was able to push thru them.

I'm guessing this is because my system is starting to return? I would think this would be caused because I have more Test running thru me now than I did a week ago?

I ran a 12 week Test C only cycle at 500mg/week. I'm currently in my 2nd week of PCT so I have a little over 2 weeks left to go.

I'm hoping that after yesterdays workout I'm starting to recover. I hear ya about being motivated. I look forward to getting to the gym and then now I get there and lift a weight or 2 and I'm ready to go home. WTF!!!! If I take another cycle I will get some Cialis for sure.

The good news is that my workouts are coming around now. I feel about 90-95% my usual self so that's a plus. I'm feeling like I was hoping to and haven't been all emotional so that's another plus. We'll see how the next 2 weeks go.

Well, I'm in my 3rd week of PCT right now and my workouts are getting much better which is fantastic. I still have hardly any sex drive though. I've only had sex once since I've been on PCT and it's been 2 1/2 weeks. The wife is starting to get a bit pissed off because of it. Hopefully, the sex drive will start coming back quickly.
