    How quickly do you start losing weight during PCT?

    I'm asking because I just finished my first week of PCT from a Test C only cycle and I'm only down 2lbs. MAX since ending the cycle 24 days ago. My highest point was 203lbs. and I'm not holding at 201lbs. Needless to say I'm happy about this but was just curious what I should expect over the next 3 weeks? I would imagine you would lose most of the weight during the first week to loss of water etc.

    It all depends on how much of the weight you gained was lean mass. It's gonna vary from person to person. Keep your diet and training strong and you will keep more of your gains. What's your pct look like.

    I'm hoping to keep the weight up for as long as I can for sure.

    My PCT is:

    Clomid: 100/50/50/25

    Nolva: 40/30/20/20

    How long did you run the test-C for, at what dose?

    I ran 500mg/week for 12 weeks.

    If your diet and training was strong throughout the cycle and stays strong now that it's over then you should be able to hold onto a large percentage of your gains. What were your starting and ending stats?

    I started my cycle at 177lbs. and got up to 203lbs. I'm currently holding at 200lbs. right now. I did a bit of a cut before starting the cycle and my average weight is typically around 182. I like the size that I'm at now so if I can maintain most of it I will be very happy.

    For most folks, 500mg EW of test for 12 weeks is easy to come down from.

    Heck, it only kicked in what? 8 weeks ago?

    Likely you hardley turned your switch off.

    You still go to run a good PCT, but I think you will be fine.

    I'm going to be comming of in the near future from a long cruise on test, over a year since my last break. Now that is going to suck. I may just have to stay on HRT if it does not work.

    You on the other hand have the odds well in your favor if 500mg EW for 12 weeks is all you did.

    Good luck with the pct, keep the diet and training schedule as strong as possible and you should be good.

    most lbs gains will stay with you ...look Cutler he gains weight after every cycle he has done.
