Just recieved my HCG -WTF????

My doc told me to call an 800 number to get some HCG ordered and sent to me. I just received it. I was sent a little box which contains 30 mL of bacteriostatic water and a glass vial of 10,000 USP units of HCG. What in the h@ll am I supposed to do with this? I'm far from being a chemist and have never done this before. I did a search on here and found threads that touched base on this but I am totally in the dark...

Also, I have 3 extra boxes with the same things inside. Should I be keeping them in the fridge or is that after it is mixed?
