What dose should I run Clomid for my last week of PCT?

I've read conflcting reports about how much to run. I ran a 12 week Test C only cycle at 500mg shot twice a week. For PCT I've done:

Clomid: 100mg/5 days 50mg/thru week 3

Nolva: 40mg/week 1 30mg/week 2 20mg/week 3 and will continue at 20mg thru week 4.

Should I run Clomid at 25mg or 50mg for my final week of PCT?
