test, eq, and dbol PCT?

I am looking at taking 600mg of test e and 500mg of eq for 12-15 weeks. I will also be taking 40mg ed of dbol .

Would taking clomid and nolvadex be sufficient or do I need something else?

Nolva and clomid IS pct drugs and it is all you need in pct.
You might wanna consider hcg on cycle for an easier recovery.

I would not run the test longer that 12 wks.

definitely think about adding hcg to your cycle, and if you need anything for gyno than look into aromasin or letro. But The clomid and nolva should be all you need.
