Test cyp/Deca cycle, is Nolva enough?

Greetings all, first post, and it is also about my first cycle! I will be taking 400mg of test cyp along with 200mg of deca a week, sounds good right? Well I have quite a few Nolva 20mg pills and am wondering if this will be sufficient for my pct. I also take a multi vitamin and fish oil, in case that makes any difference whatsoever. Am I missing anything crucial? Thanks

BTW, 10 weeks of test and 8 weeks of deca.

The pct is weak, and I don't like a few things about the cycle.

Sure, not a problem at all.

25 years old
6ft 3in, 210 pounds
no clue on the bodyfat honestly, but im not a chubby.
about a year and a half training.

Can you give insight on what is wrong with the cycle? and doing a bit more research, i should try to find some hcg if im not mistaken?

deca is low there mate if ur wanting to bulk.

For your first cycle, you should stick to one compound and see how you react. If you run two for your first rodeo, how will you know which one gives you sides?

And you should definitely add another SERM to your pct, most likely clomid.

For a simple test cycle you will be fine without HCG . You can add it if you want, however.

I actually have some Clomid, quite a bit, but figured Nolva would be better. I'm going to check that beginner cycle out, thanks a lot.

Update, I am just going to stick with 500mg of test enth a week. my pct will consist of clomid and nolva, 100mg clomid and 20mg nolva a day for the 4 weeks after my cycle. arimidex sounds great to have on hand but im having trouble finding it. Thanks for the advice.

How far into the cycle are you?

im on my 8th week

i only doing 200ml cyp 300ml deca . 4 weeks of dbol and novladex of 10mg everyday. i just bumped it to 20mg 5 days ago
i was told get hcg and then do clomid after

well, if you're 8 weeks in you might as well just finish it out.

You'll need nolva and clomid for your pct

clomid 100/50/50/50
