PCT question for my first stack

Can anyone recommend what PCT I should be using for a Dbol Deca stack and how I should be using it? I just want to make sure Im using the right PCT so even if someone could give a reliable source to read would be appreciated.

Look into it yourself for a knowledgeable and full understanding. Look up HCG [human chronic Gonadotrophin] as a mimic of LH, Nolvadex as a SERM [selective estrogen receptor modulator] as compared to Clomid, and Arimidex as one of the strongest AI [Aromatase Inhibitor/ Anti-estrogen] available.

If your lazy and don't like to read about what your doing to yourself, just take 40mg nolva first day and 20 after that for 3 more weeks n you'll be fine.

well thanks for the advice. i have been lookin into it since before i started the cycle but i read something different depending on where i look. some say dont use the nolva for a deca stack.
