Arimidex PCT for first cycle (Swifto, help! :)

my cycle:

weeks 1-10:
test prop - 200mg/wk
test sust - 500mg/wk

i've also got 100pills x 10mg Dbol to mix into the cycle how as yet to be determined (any advice here appreciated but not my main question)

it's really cheap and easy for me to get Arimidex , so I'd like to take advantage of that if possible with my PCT, but i'm reading in 'PCT by Steroid.com' thread that Nolva will decrease levels of Arimidex. i see Swifto showing some sample PCT that includes Nolva with Arimidex in Swifto's HCG and PCT Advice thread.

Question - Which SERM should I run in conjunction with my AI Arimidex?
I'm thinking:

5 weeks - Tormifene 120/60mg/ED
5 weeks - Arimidex 1mg/ED

Possibly throwing in some HCG during the cycle if I can get my hands on some?

My source claims he only runs Arimidex as PCT on a 10 week cycle which I'm hesitant about.

Do NOT run Adex on its own for PCT, it will do nothing at restarting your retarded HTPA axis. You need a SERM.

Tormifen will work, so will tamoxifen and clomiphene.

I would suggest two. My personal favorite is Tamoxifen and clomiphene and Adex.

So, it sounds like using Tamoxifen (aka Nolvadex ) with Arimidex is commonplace, even though the PCT by Steroid.com article quotes, "Lets add in an Aromatase Inhibitor! Which one, though? Well, since we are already using Nolvadex, we can’t use Letrozole or Arimidex, as the Nolvadex will actually greatly decrease the blood plasma levels of them (28)!"

You dont need an AI for PCT, unelss your using HCG .
