What's the brst way to measure out this stuff? Are you doing it together or separate. Thanks

If it's liquid, you'll just need an oral syringe from your local apothecary.

All of the ones I can find are measured in ml. If I need 40 mg daily, what is the conversion?

Depends on the concentration.

Should say on the bottle.

For instance, most nolva I've seen is 40mg/ml.

So 1ml would be 40mg, .5ml would be 20mg.....
