Hey guys. Does anyone know if you should change your routine during PCT, or your diet for that matter? Gonna be starting it in 2 weeks, and was just wondering if anyone has come across this question, or even thought about it before. I've put on a slight bit of chub in the gut during this cycle and I'm not sure if i want to up my cardio a bit from 3 days a week or not. Any advice would be appreciated.
