Nolva or nolva and clomid for pct?
Ok after doing some reaserch i have found very mix opinions on this topic about half saying you need both and half saying either or would do first choice being nolva. My last cycle i didi the anthony roberts pct and it worked fine but always want to improve to maximise effects and want to know wich protocol to use on my next cycle

i tend to have access to clomid and not nolva. running clomid only isn't bad...right? just both would be better? my understanding is that clomid helps kickstart the kids while nolva combats gyno. i have never had troubles in this dept so have never feared not having any on hand. is my understanding correct?

I'm curoius about the benefit of both together as well. This sticky seems to claim there being little point in clomid with nolvadex
http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...y-Steroid.com-)
But of course with all the content on this site, I've yet to read a heavily scientific rebuttal argument

Just reading this bit,
"Although both Nolvadex and Clomid are both SERMs, they are actually quite different. As you already know, Nolvadex is highly anti-estrogenic at the hypothalamus and pituitary, while Clomid exhibits weak estrogenic activity at the pituitary (7), which as you can guess, is less than ideal. It should be avoided for the PCT I’m suggesting…and in fact, avoided in general…it’s simply not as good as Nolvadex."
It makes it seem like Clomid is just a waste to use if using Nolvadex (Tamoxifen ). Not that I am entirely agreeing with the author, more asking what the defense is in a scientific means for Clomid as a companion rather than not at all (as suggested by the author).

haha...not entirely the scientific response for which I was searching, but I continue to poke the site. It's in here I'm sure.

Neither. 3000mg/day D-aspartic acid and 4000 mg's/day tribulus for 3 wks. You'll never go back to clomid or HCG
