Test E PCT and what to run during cycle.

I'm about to start my first test e cycle and there is a lot of conflicting information on the net about timing, and certain things that should be included in the cycle and pct and/or only cycle or pct.

For instance, the cycle thread linked from one of the stickies suggests running nolva all cycle. Some suggest running hcg through cycle into pct, only during cycle, or only during pct. Some suggest your AI all through the entire process or just during the cycle, or just during the pct.

Here is my cycle and PCT...

Weeks 1-10/ Test E @ 500mg per week (2x 250mg)
Weeks 4-10 / HCG @ 500iu per week ( 2x 250iu)
Weeks 1-16 / Aromasin @ 12mg Every other day
Weeks 12-16 / Clomid @ 50mg Every day, 1st week of PCT at 100mg
Weeks 12-16 Nolva @ 20 mg Every day, 1st week of PCT at 40mg

1) Should I start HCG sooner(2-10)? Should I run it after the last test shot for 2 more weeks (4-12)? Should I run it during PCT as well?(4-16)
2) Aromasin- should I stop after cycle or run the whole time? (1-10), (1-12), or (1-16)?
3) An old sticky linked me to a thread that had nolva throughout the cycle. I have it ready in case of gyno but not sure I want to run it throughout cycle at a low dose as well. (12-16) or (2-10 with break and then 12-16)?

I have the weeks listed in parentheses after my questions, (1-12) for example...

I feel like I might be micromanaging but prefer to have the best cycle possible before I start.

looks good,not sure about running the aromasin straight through ,was considering this myself.keep nolva on hand in case of gyno ,and 4 pct .nolva was a protocal on cycle years ago.now we have ai

Looks like you got everything covered, looks good. Only thing I would change is not to run the aromasin during PCT.

do you suggest stopping the day you start pct or after last pin?

Just follow this protocol you going to be ok, HCG its like it say, 4-10 week 2x250ui/week.

Shouldn't the first week of hcg being week four be 3'shots of hcg at 500iu and then as listed for following weeks?

HCG can be run like 2x250/week, starting at week 4, some like to run just one shot or higher dose, it's all depends on privies cycles, for first cycle and only test 500ui will do the job, if you running another compound you need higher dose. I seen BB running from 1000 ui up to 5000ui/week, there is not a perfect formula. I run 2x250ui/week to help bust my test while in on HGH 2 ui/day (I"m not running test) eventually when I reach 5ui (2 months) I will run test 500mg for 10 weeks. My wife run HCG 175ui/day for 28 days on and 28 days off to keep lean.

this thread has shed some needed light on me. just to double check: I run clomid and nolva every day for a total of 4 weeks @ above dosage starting 2 weeks after my last shot of test enth. I'm only asking as I've been told by a pal that 2 weeks of clomid and nolva is ok after a 12 week course? From what I have learnt from reading this forum I think he is wrong......

You could stop the AI when you start PCT.

I'd run your PCT 4 weeks minimum.

Ive heard running aromasin during or def a week or so after can help PCT.

I remember when i ran Hdrol and did a 20-20-20-20 PCt with nolva. I had bloods done 4 days after the last dose. My test was greater then 1500 and free was off the charts too, it was like I was on gear yet didnt feel any different. I didnt have my e2 lvls taken , but i remember posting my results on the boards and almost everyone said they bet my estrogen was through roof. I may do your exact pct but keep aroma in there and maybe even up to a week after.
