Need to stop cycle asap and a need pct avise

I have been geared up on 500 mg of test E a week and 50mg of anavar a day for 4 weeks now and have to stop due to unfortunate motorcross accident prohibiting me from training hard. Was wondering what kind of a pct I will need i have novladex on hand and have access to arimidex . Thanks for your time and appreciate the help.

I am sorry for your accident but bro in the future always have a PCT planned out regardless of the length of your cycle. 4 weeks was enough to shut you down. You need to run the following:

Week 1-5 Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20/20
Week 1-5 Clomid @ 50/50/25/25/25

Armidex is used on cycle. When was your last injection ? Start PCT 14 days after you last injected Test E and continue to run 0.25 - 0.50 mg of Armidex EOD until PCT starts.
