    Best Time to take Nolva/Clomid?

    Hi, What is the best time to take nolva/clomid.

    it's the first day of my first pct and i took 50mg clomid + 10mg nolva after the morning meal, and felt pretty sleepy and dizzy until the launch.

    i'm going to take another 50+10 right now. is it wise to split them during the day or I should take them altogether?

    It really doesn't matter what time of day, but I know a lot of guys take their clomid near bedtime to avoid some sides.
