Nolv and Ldex for PCT ?????

First ever cycle / PCT - your help appreciated.
Cycle was 500mg of Test E for 12 weeks last pin 7/1

Will I be ok with this.

For PCT I am running

30/30/20/20 Nolv
15/15/15/15 Ldex

I was told to just do
30/30/30/30 Nolv
but
thing I should change it up a bit.

I'm just about to start Test Prop 350/wk and have been asking the same thing on here..
I've been told by many vets to do
Nolva 40/20/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/50

And using Ldex throught my cycle to prevent gyno just as a precaution

The clomid I believe will help the boys to start working again and normalize levels

Adex won't kill the estro. Just compete for the receptors. I run aromasin at 12.5mg eod for one week longer than pct to prevent rebound. For that I run clomid 50-50-50-50 and nolva 40-40-20-20 good luck
