Question on male requirements of estrogen

What is the acceptable level of estrogen for male bodybuilders during PCT?

It doesn't change...ever.
Just keep E2 within normal range on a blood panel.

I think i asked the wrong question,when we pc and use serms to deal with unwanted estrogen do we block all of it or just get it under control? we need some to keep things in balance right? Ive been doing my home work but still come up with questions that must sound stupid. one more question,would it be out of hand to use something like letro or liadex to help rid myself of some of this water, my thinking is some of this water is gona follow the estrogen,besides the water im holding the sides have been mild,they have kinda showed up (acne,ect) and got no worse or went away.if you can put some more light on this subject id be most thankful
