when do u guys take your pills and hcg

just wondering when you guys take your nolva and clomid and hcg .like certain times in the day ?and with or withoiut food ?and i have 10mg nolva pills should i split them up throughout the day? ty

Look at the half life of each.

Hcg should be used on cycle or blasted prior to starting serms with at least four days between last inject and starting serms IMO. Hcg use with serms is counter productive.

Don't make this more difficult than it is. Take your serms when its convenient.
