FIRST CYCLE ( Danabol + Test E ) How should me PCT be ?

I did some homework and found that many agree that this is a great beginners cycle .
I've been working out for 2 years now 3 if you count the first year i slacked in.
im 173cm tall (5.6Ft) and weight 150 pounds.

first cycle will look like:

week 1-4 Dbol 30mg/day.
week 1-12 Test E 400mg/day.

I could use a bit of help knowing when to use nolva to prevent gyno and how my PCT should look like.

I would suggest doing more reading as PCT knowledge should be something you take serious.

I hope you mean Test E @ 400mg per week. For a cycle like that you'd need to run Arimidex at 0.25mg EOD to keep estrogen levels under control and avoid gyno. PCT to be run 2 weeks after the final injection and for that cycle the following would be suffice:

Week 1 & 2: 40mg Nolvadex ED and 100mg Clomid ED
Week 3 & 4: 20mg Nolvadex ED and 50mg Clomid ED

So 0.25mg of Arimidiex every other day for the entire 12 weeks of my cycle ?
And for Nolvadex should i start using it ASAP if i felt any of that If my nipples got sore, and keep using it until the end of the cycle?

No. Use the Arimidex on cycle if and when you start to develop signs of gyno. Use your Nolva for your PCT

Not trying to highjack your thread, but I want to clarify something. When you say .25 mg, are you saying 1/4 tablet? (Armidex)
