I've been working out for 2 years now 3 if you count the first year i slacked in.
im 173cm tall (5.6Ft) and weight 150 pounds.

first cycle will look like:

week 1-4 Dbol 30mg/day.
week 1-12 Test E 400mg/day.

I could use a bit of help knowing when to use nolva to prevent gyno and how my PCT should look like.
