PCT question...i need your help!

hi guys, i've almost done my 10 week cycle (deca 400mg week and 250 Test E evry 5 days) could somebody help with the PCT?

People suggests me to do something like this:

for the first 3 weeks proviron 50 mg and clomid 50 mg...than for other 3 weeks proviron 25 mg and clomid 25 mg

what do you think about guys??? one last question: when should i start pct? i read here on the forum that the best moment to start pct is 2 week after the last TEST injection...is it correct??
