Quick question.

So I am ordering clomid and nolva online. And I come to the medical form that asks for reasons for use of these medications???

Firstly, what the hell to I put down, secondly am I supposed to use my name or pretend I am female?

If I am way out of line with this question please let me know. I do not intend on abusing this forum.

I did check the banner, but there's not much on the matter. Am after some first hand experience.
