2 to 3 weeks after you have finished your cycle unless you feel symptoms of gyno coming on ...
if your concerned you might be in a high risk of that happing then run Arimidex whilst cycling

^^^^agree. Run adex @.25 eod through out your cycle, if the gyno gets outta control take 20mgs of nolva till gyno is gone continue for an extra week, keep running adex as well.

Well its pretty strait forward .. when you show signs of gyno or after your cycle for PCT ... Cant see there would be to much to debate in that peace of info

Gym you need to think about what steroids the guy is taking, pct wouldnt start 2-3 weeks after a test prop cycle.

And also Nolva wouldnt be the best choice if he is having issues due to a 19-nor and is looking for something to use on cycle

this kinda got brought up in another thread.. newbie's seeing someone starting pct 14 days after and assume that is basic.. not it matter which test you are on..and yes stats and cycle and even cycle history is a must...
