    HCG help

    I don't want to sound retarded, but I'm new to the hcg and would like to run it with my next cycle. The place i'm looking at has "1 ampule with a strength of 10000iu's". Does this mean I have to have my own separate vial to mix the hcg into? what do I use to mix it with? It's my 5th cycle, so i'm good with the process, i just didn't know what you actually need to do. is Mixing normal? or do most sources come ready to use?
