    Exclamation pct start date ?

    i am going to be running 12 week deca , test e cycle with letro on hand and nolva for pct i have been reading different things for start date for nolva should it be 7 or 14 days from last pin and curious why, any help would be greatly appreciated

    Test E is 14 days after last pin. There is a sticky on PCT start times above if you missed it.

    Test E is a long ester, the 14 days is for enough time for the Test to get fully out of your system by the time you start your PCT.
