hi im from iran sry my english bad

my Age is 19,when my age Puberty started (14age) my body get into like women body mean my upper body is ectomorph Thin but my down body is fat very like women i have fat in ass , legs , chest , side ass and My skin get into Thick and i get gnycomastia and more points women . after 5year i see i havent axilla,Beard and hair chest and my body very very like women i go to many doctors but in iran doctors are very stupid and they say to me my body good and im crazy )! after then i bought letrozole femara and when i eat this tomorrow i see my axilla , hair chest , Beard are grow!!! i said i must use this for long time!!! i used letrozole 1/2Tablet per day for 4month!!!! after 4month i see my balls are very small and i stoped use letrozole for 3 month (now) and now my balls are very 1/3 size .i used clomiphene 100mg per day for 2 week and my balls some grow but again my balls get small size and what i must do now((((( can i use hcg ? i dont have any hope to my life help me

I would say go get some blood tests done mate, no use shooting in the the dark there are some very knowledgeable ppl on here hang in there and hope someone chimes in for you.
