Get labs done first before jumping on an AI or estrogen modulator. Any family hx of gyno?

Have you done some research? Just wondering if other people are having similar problems due to that protein powder. It really might just be genetics or something else.
I know when I turned 13/14 and started going through puberty this was the same time I started working out and increasing my calorie intake. I think a mix of puberty, strength training, and eating right gave me gyno. I didn't know what it was back then and even went to the doctor and they told me it was "normal"!!
It lasted about 2 years and caused me alot of pain. Now my nipples are mid-shaped, pretty much I have "fat kid" nipples and I've never been fat. No matter how big my chest gets my nipples still look like I used to be fat!

Im way past puberty and know for a FACT its from the protein powder. I never had this problem untill i began using this protein. And when i would stop, it would slowly fade.... the gyno dosent hurt.... its just a little bit of fat underneath the skin.....idk wat to do. Maybe you guys might have a clue... so far no one has experienced this from this protein...that ive heard of..... and i forgot to mention...i cant afford bloodwork...have no insurance ....and also a student paying for colledge... how would a SERM hurt? Even if i do use1?

If you're in college, isn't there a student health center you can go to? Most campuses offer some kind of health services to students as part of your tuition. Instead of wasting money on expensive proteins which can never replace a good nutrition plan or dumping money into SERMs before the problem is properly diagnosed, why not have a blood panel done to determine underlying pathology? If your hormonal levels are in check, a SERM could do more harm than good or do nothing at all, in which case you're throwing good money away. BW is not that expensive and I'd be surprised to hear your campus has no health services for students.

You're putting the cart before the horse not knowing if your hormonal levels are out of normal range(s).

I see. Well there are clinics that will take cash patients and some of the men's clinics would do a small panel for a small fee.
