    clen during pct???

    i have read that some use clen during pct,, is this true?? and if so what are the benefits to using this??

    I recommend reading the clen handbook in th steroid forum. But briefly, with a good diet you can melt the fat off with you, as well as a good cardio program

    There is no benefit to using clen as a pct. it is just something people throw in to help get shredded after a cycle. Has nothing to do with recovering.

    GN would you recommend Clen on pct or just diet and cardio after?

    From what I have read and pieced together, the idea behind using Clen while on Pct is that you can still consume a large amount of calories which you will need to support the new muscle after your cycle and don't have to worry so much about it turning to fat. I to have read the handbook and some other info and it looks like most guys use the two weeks on/ two weeks off method starting dosages @ 40 mcgs. a day and ramping up 20 mcgs a day (or when side effects are tolerable) all the way up to 120 mcgs. a day. During the two week break some do a ECA stack, others do T3 although not recommended if your not doing a AAS with it. I personally will try using the two weeks on/two weeks off method and keepmy calories right where they are through Pct. At the six week point, I will then drop calories to a maintaining level.     I have read that the Clen has an anti-catabolic effect so this would help during Pct plus allow your workout intensity to stay on the plus side. Boy, I hope this stuff does what they claim it does!

    I'd recommend diet and cardio personally. I did two cycles of clen and I started to get palpitations so I said fuuuuuck this, my heart is too important to risk just to loose what you can loose with cardio and diet

    I had the same experience with clen . Yeah, it works, but if your diet and cardio program is spot on....you'll burn fat anyway. The sides from that stuff are a real MF. I learned real fast that besides the muscle cramps, sweating, Blood pressure becomes a real scary issue. I'm 34 and have been training now since 17 and have never had a BP issue. On cycle alone, from gear my BP went into pre hyper . After starting clen it went though the roof...Please be careful with this stuff and research all you can and talk to as many people as possible before starting. Eveyone is different and it may not be the same for you but as for me and my girl...we will avoid the use of this stuff ever again!
