Acne on PCT?

Throughout my first cycle, I experienced almost zero sides. I had high blood pressure for a while, and I got acne on my face, back, and chest. All manageable.

After starting my PCT, I've gotten far more sides that when I was on cycle. Really small acne everywhere. and those little buggers hurt like a mofo.

Any suggestions?

And this stuff is making me gag!!
PCT
Tamox 40mg/day for a week then 20mg a day for 4 weeks.
Clomi 100mg/day for a week then 50mg a day for 4 weeks.

I have acne after PCT and during. I think it is from the hormones leveling out.
I use "african black soap" (google it) and apple cider vinagar daily and I think it helps acne.
