First Cycle Need PCT HELP!!

Hello Everyone,

I will be starting a 500mg TEST E ONLY cycle as my first cycle here in a month (already have my Bayer Test Depot) and am looking for the perfect PCT for recovery of natural testosterone and also keeping gains.

About Me-
25 years old
175lbs
Been training for 8 years
8% body fat
ive also done cycles of Hgh before and had great results

Hopefully someone can help me here? Also should i take anything alone with the testosterone to fight against side effects? and to keep estrogen levels low?

Welcome!

You will also need an AI while on cycle, such as Adex @ 0.25 EOD.
Also consider HCG @ 250iu twice weekly on cycle.

For PCT, you can use clomid and nolva, which should start 2 weeks after your last test injection.

For my first cycle you suggest AI on cycle with HCG ? Can you explain a little further?
And thanks for the PCT that i will try and research even further now, cuz i knew about nolva but was sure if i should use a aromasin or whatnot?

I recommend it for any cycle, first or otherwise.

AI will help control your elevated estrogen levels. That's the main concern. It will also minimize bloat. HCG will prevent testicular atrophy and help you recover faster.

Aromasin is fine, however, it takes about a week or so to get serum levels up, which is why I prefer a more "instant" drug such as Arimidex . Easier to manage in my opinion.

How tall are you anyway?

I am 5 10 (sorry forget to post this previously) and my concern is which is aromasin or arimidex safer for me and will not create elevated liver enzymes?

either one is ok during testosterone cycle
